Whitewater rafting is a thrilling way to have fun and raise money for Breast Cancer Care.
No previous experience is necessary, so why not give it a go?There are five whitewater rafting centres throughout the UK for you to choose from.
Each raft can carry between six and eight people - so you can enter either as a company team, or get together with friends or family to make up your team.
All you need to do to take part is raise £1,000 per team in sponsorship (for eight of you, that's less than £120 per person!).
