Accessibility Features
The following features improve navigation for screen reader users, keyboard navigation and users of text-only browsers.
Navigation Shortcuts
There is a short menu at the start of every page that allows you to jump directly to the most important parts of the page, including main content and navigation.
Each shortcut has an access key assigned.
Access Keys
Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that work instead of a mouse for navigation. In Internet Explorer on Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; in Firefox, press Shift + Alt + accesskey; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key. Then press Enter to activate the link.
The following access keys are available throughout the website:

Standards Compliance
All pages within this website aim to comply with Priority 1 and 2 of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
The website also uses valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional code.
Multimedia
All multimedia has an alternative version associated with it. Any images will have a text version and any Flash element will have a text/image version.
Text Size
This website uses relative font sizes so users can scale text size. For any Flash text (sub headings), the page must be refereshed to see the text resize.
Cascading Stylesheets
This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.
