Loch Ness Marathon

Recognised as one of the UK's leading marathons and set within one of the most celebrated holiday destinations in the UK, the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon takes runners along the shores of the worlds most famous loch. This ‘Monster’ event follows a spectacular point-to-point route through stunning Highland scenery, and crosses the River Ness to finish in Inverness Queens Park Stadium.

How to enter

Breast Cancer Care has guaranteed entries to this years race so please get in touch using the contact details below and secure your place today. We do not ask for a registration fee, but will ask you to raise £400 in sponsorship. We will give you all the support you require to meet your fundraising target.

Own place entries

The ballot for individual entries close on 1 May 2008. If you are successful we would be delighted for you to be part of Team Breast Cancer Care raising much needed funds from your efforts. We do not ask for a minimum sponsorship with own place entries as every little helps. If you are unsuccessful, please consider taking one of our guaranteed entries.

What we provide

We will support you with all your fundraising efforts by providing a fantastic support pack full of tips on how to raise funds and information on setting up your own Just Giving web page. We provide all our runners with a keep sake running vest for race day and we will be there to greet you at the end with a Breast Cancer Care goody bag.

10k & 5k Fun Run
