About On Leadership

Allan's book, On Leadership, was one of the top business titles of 2007, receiving critical and public acclaim. Compiled by Allan Leighton, the book draws on his experience as a Director of companies such as Asda, BskyB, Selfridges and The Royal Mail. It also features interviews with corporate heavyweights such as Sir Stuart Rose, Sir James Dyson and Sir Philip Green, who provide an entertaining - and anecdotal - insight into leadership. This year saw the launch of the On Leadership website at www.onleadership.co.uk, coinciding with the publication of the paperback version of the book.

The On Leadership Gala Dinner is an exciting addition to the business calendar and will feature some of the book's top contributors, allowing guests to hear their success stories as well as offering excellent networking opportunities.

This event is part of Allan Leighton’s pledge to raise £1million for Breast Cancer Care. Along with all profits from the book, all ticket and auction profits from this event will go to the charity.
