Fresh ‘N’ Low Great Scottish Run 10k and Half Marathon
7 September 2008
The Great Scottish Run is now in its 27th year and has become the largest participatory road race event in Scotland.
The race starts in the heart of Glasgow at George Square and participants cross the famous Kingston Bridge, passing through some of Glasgow's most famous attractions before finishing at Glasgow Green, the city's oldest park on the banks of the Clyde.
Participants have the option to choose one of three courses:
- The Junior Run (for 9 -17 year olds)
- The 10k run
- The half marathon
The Great Scottish Run has something for everyone, whether you’re a half marathon veteran or setting out on your very first race, so why not join our team and help support the thousands of people affected by breast cancer.
