adidas Women's 5K Challenge

Fancy a fun girl's day out whilst raising money for Breast Cancer Care? Then join over 20,000 women and enter this year’s adidas Women’s 5K Challenge (formerly the Hydroactive Women’s Challenge).

This is the biggest women-only fun run in the UK and is organised by the same team that bring us the world famous Virgin London Marathon. Whether you choose to run, jog or walk, you are guaranteed a great day. And don’t forget it is all about getting together with friends, taking your first steps to fitness and raising money for charity at the same time.

The course provides a scenic route through Hyde Park and the event organisers invite participants to join in mass warm-ups led by famous faces.

How to enter

If you would like to sign up for this event please enter online from April 2010 at www.womenschallenge.co.uk or call the event helpline on 0207 902 0200.  Entry costs £15, however, £5 of your entry fee goes directly to the charity of your choice.

Please remember to select Breast Cancer Care as your chosen charity!

If you would like to raise further funds for Breast Cancer Care, once you have received confirmation of your entry into the race please let us know by emailing sporting@breastcancercare.org.uk with:

How we will support you

By joining our team and choosing to support Breast Cancer Care we do ask that you pledge to raise money for the charity. There is no minimum amount, we just ask that you raise as much as possible.
In return for pledging to raise money for us we will support you by providing you with:

• A bright pink T shirt to wear on race day
• A support pack full of fundraising and training advice
• Support and advice from a dedicated member of the sports team
• Regular newsletters and emails to keep you updated
• Fundraising materials to help you including balloons, posters and collection tins
• A cheer around the course!
• 20% off sportswear specialists Sweaty Betty products
