The fifth annual Scottish Fashion Show took place in the Radisson SAS Hotel on 27th September, raising an incredible £191,000. The Show, sponsored by National Tyres, was once again a glittering event, and involved both a lunch and an evening show.
This special occasion featured 20 models from all over Scotland. They bravely took to the catwalk, having battled with their own experience of breast cancer. All 19 women and one man embraced the electric atmosphere as they paraded in the latest trends from St Enochs Shopping Centre.
Guests enjoyed a champagne reception, sponsored by Scottish & Newcastle, followed by a three-course lunch hosted by Loose Women’s Kaye Adams, and a four-course evening meal with BBC Scotland’s Jackie Bird.
"I am truly lost for words this year.....outside, the pink lights and carpet were just the beginning. Champagne everywhere you looked, volunteers working tirelessly and professionally, the set was gob smacking...absolutely stunning. From the response of the crowd and some friendly chit chat, this must be the best yet...you should be very proud.

The various fundraising activities throughout the day were a huge success; they ranged from raffles and lucky keys, to our popular 'silent auction', sponsored by Tulloch Homes, and our live auction at the evening event.
The evening was beautifully rounded off with a performance by the first ever X Factor winner, Steve Brookstein, and his wife Eileen.
Thank you to everyone who supported us by purchasing tickets, to our sponsors for all their support, to our committee for their hours of hard work and to our models for being such fantastic ambassadors for our charity. We look forward to seeing you all at next year’s show.

Lend support with prize donations
The show is the flagship fundraising event in the charity’s calendar and the highlight of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is critical in enabling us to continue to expand our service and reach to more people than ever. We are very grateful to all the companies that support the event; from donation of prizes and the very accessible gifts at the afternoon show, through to the evening show’s luxury prizes, raffle and auction items. There is also the opportunity to sample products to this attractive audience at the afternoon show via the distribution of goody bags.
